The story behind Verville
Verville (February – October 2021) marked the return to YouTube after a short detour to streaming on Twitch, where frame drops had made the format hard to enjoy.
The early episodes were a fight with traffic and demand: highways rebuilt after mod issues, ramps redesigned around a roundabout, lane management on a new connection, and a huge commercial demand that refused to settle.
Episode 12 found something essential that had been missing for passing 100,000 citizens, and episode 14 passed 150,000 — thanks to expanded industrial zones.
Then the trains jammed. Episodes 15 to 18 untangled the freight network with a detour and fixed long-running floods, after which the city grew by tens of thousands. A forestry and wood industry and a long final episode closed the series.
