TL;DR ·

From November 2026 the channel focuses on transit-oriented Japanese cities in Cities: Skylines II. Expect one tutorial or masterplan episode a week, a written page for every video on this site, and save files for Patreon members.

The channel is coming back with a sharper focus: realistic, transit-oriented Japanese cities, built and explained.

What’s new

  • Project Shinano — the new flagship: a mountain-prefecture capital that grows out of a single Shinkansen stop.
  • Traffic Surgery — one viewer-submitted junction per episode, diagnosed and fixed.
  • Engineering — written tutorials that open with the fix, then explain why it works.
  • Mod Stack — the exact mods and presets, kept up to date.
  • Atlas — the real places behind the builds, on a map.

The rhythm

One long video a week, alternating between a tutorial and a Project Shinano episode, plus short clips in between. Every video gets its own page here with chapters, notes and the numbers.

The archive

Nothing disappears. All eleven earlier series are archived under Legacy · Cities: Skylines 1 and Legacy · Cities: Skylines 2. The story of how they got here is in Every city on the channel, 2020 to 2026.
